Thursdays I usually have the morning off because I work Saturday morning. So yesterday I got in an early 30 mile ride, followed by a 4 mile run. Then rushed out to do some xmas shopping before seeing my first patient at 12:30. After seeing a few patients we went out for our office Christmas lunch.
