Had a busy day at work Friday and had a work Christmas party that night.
Saturday I swam 3700lcm at the Rose Bowl in the morning. The Rose Bowl sits lower than the surrounding area so it was only33 degrees on deck! brrr.
After work I got in a 31 mile bike ride and an easy 4 mile run.
