ATB xmas run

Kylie has been running each week with a local trail running group. Today we did their annual xmas run from Pasadena to Union Station, had brunch and took the train back to Pasadena. The run was a mix of trails and streets and totalled 10 miles.

Dec. 21 & 22

Had a busy day at work Friday and had a work Christmas party that night.

Saturday I swam 3700lcm at the Rose Bowl in the morning. The Rose Bowl sits lower than the surrounding area so it was only33 degrees on deck! brrr.
After work I got in a 31 mile bike ride and an easy 4 mile run.

Thursdays I usually have the morning off because I work Saturday morning. So yesterday I got in an early 30 mile ride, followed by a 4 mile run. Then rushed out to do some xmas shopping before seeing my first patient at 12:30. After seeing a few patients we went out for our office Christmas lunch.
